Mein erster Beitrag in unserem Blog soll euch gleich einmal erklären, wie ich zum Bloggen gekommen bin!
Als absoluter Serienjunkie kenne ich jede Folge von Friends, That 70’s Show, Scrubs oder auch King of Queens nahezu auswendig. Klar kann man von diesen Serien nie richtig genug bekommen, aber es musste einfach mal was neues her. Schon länger lief die Serie How I Met Your Mother auf Pro7 und ein paar Freunde schwärmten von dieser Friends-like Sitcom also wollte ich auch Mal einen Blick reinwerfen. Voller Erwartung und Vorfreude machte ich am Samstag den Fernseher an. Ich wusste noch nicht, dass dies ein riesen Fehler werden sollte, auch wenn ich es mir hätte denken müssen. Es war unwitzig, uninteressant und die Synchronstimmen waren schlecht besetzt. Kurz gesagt: scheiße! Ich hatte die Hoffnung schon fast aufgegeben, doch als ich mir die Folgen auf englisch ansah passierte es: ein neuer How I Met Your Mother Fan war geboren! Und als ich hörte wie der gute Barney rief “This is SO going in my blog!!!” war mein Schicksal besiegelt. Ich brauchte also auch einen Blog um diesen Satz loswerden zu können.
In diesem Sinne soll dies auch ein kleiner “Seriencheck” sein, denn ich möchte jedem Sitcomliebhaber diese in den USA seit 2005 auf CBS ausgestrahlte Serie ans Herz legen (auf englisch natürlich!). Wer auf leichten aber guten Humor, coole Charaktere, eine nette Story oder auch geile Sprüche von Barney steht, dem sollte dieses Schmuckstück nicht verborgen bleiben. Whaaaaaaat uuuuuup?!
